Easy to Manage, Easy to Use

boingomail has been designed for easy management of multiple users in your company. Each user can have specific permissions appropriate to their role in your organization. For example, you may have employees who need the ability to create and send bulk emails, but should not have the ability to modify or delete the mailing lists these emails are sent to.

Administrators are provided six functional options:

• System Administration: Add, edit, and delete users from the system, as well as set various account preferences.
• List Management: Import, export, edit, and remove mailing lists.
• Email Content Management: Create new emails from rich HTML templates, edit existing emails or remove emails entirely.
• Send Bulk Email: With your lists and emails well managed, deploying an email blast is as easy as selecting a mailing list and an email from your collection. Also allows for testing as well as deployment.
• Statistics: View delivery and viewership counts for email campaigns.
• Help: The system comes with online documentation, so assistance is never more than a click away.

List Management

Multiple mailing lists can be maintained in the system. The "List Management" link on the home page provides access to all functions related to keeping these lists in order. It is possible to add a new list, edit an existing list, or delete a list from the system.

Once you are settled on whom you are sending emails to, you will need to focus on what to send them. This is the role of the boingomail Email Content Management. By clicking on the "Email Content Management" link on the Home screen, you will gain the ability to create new emails, edit existing emails, and remove emails from the system.

Creating a new email

boingomail sends properly formatted, rich, vibrant HTML emails. This in itself is difficult to do properly without advanced web development skills and the proper software. This system seeks to remove much of the difficulty and place the task within the reach of anyone. The key mechanism for this ease of use is the use of HTML templates for the development of email. You simply choose the template with the desired appearance, and then edit it (right in your web browser) for the content you wish to send out.
